3. Use of Services

Clipzee provides an AI-powered viral slide content creation service for personal and commercial use. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to the violation of intellectual property rights or privacy.

4. Content Creation and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using Clipzee. However, you grant Clipzee a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. AI-Generated Content

Clipzee uses AI to generate content. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the content before use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Clipzee service, including its software, design, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Clipzee is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of Clipzee require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion for billing errors or service issues.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Clipzee at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clipzee is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of Clipzee after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Third-Party Platform Integration

Clipzee integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok. When using these integrations:

• You must comply with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
• You are responsible for the content you upload to these platforms through Clipzee.
• Clipzee is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms regarding your account or content.
• You may disconnect your accounts from Clipzee at any time.
• By using the TikTok integration, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Note: All videos uploaded to TikTok through Clipzee are posted as drafts, requiring your manual review and publication. Using automation tools may violate platform policies, so you use our TikTok integration at your own risk.
