• Video Content: When you use Clipzee to create videos, we temporarily store the content you generate, including slide topics, images, and generated scripts.
• Video Topics: We collect the topics and automation settings you provide for content creation.
• User Uploads: Images and collections you upload are stored securely in our cloud storage.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, such as the features you use and the time spent on the site.

3. Use of Third-Party AI Services

To provide an intelligent content creation experience, Clipzee utilizes third-party AI services for various aspects of video production:

• Content Generation: We use AI models (such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) to help create engaging slide content based on your input topics.
• Image Analysis: AI services may analyze images to generate relevant content and context.

Data Shared with AI Services

We share only the necessary content for video creation with AI services, such as video topics and content drafts. No personal information is shared with these services unless you choose to include it in your content. If you decide to include personal information in your topics or content, this information will be processed by our AI services as part of the content creation process.

4. TikTok API Services

Clipzee uses the TikTok API Services to enable video uploads to your TikTok account. By using our TikTok integration, you are agreeing to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service.

We access and use your TikTok account information solely for the purpose of uploading videos as drafts. This includes:

• Viewing your basic TikTok account details (username and profile picture)
• Uploading videos to your TikTok account as drafts

Important: You can revoke Clipzee's access to your TikTok account at any time through the Clipzee app settings or your TikTok account settings. TikTok access tokens are stored securely in our database and are not shared with any third parties. We do not store, access, or analyze your existing TikTok videos or content beyond what is necessary for the upload functionality.

5. Use of Collected Information

We use your information to:

• Login and Authentication: Your email is used for authentication and login purposes.
• Content Creation: The content you input is used to generate slides, images, and videos.

• User Data: Account information, automations, and schedules are stored in MongoDB.
• Media Files: Images and videos are stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage with CDN delivery.
• Authentication: Session management is handled by Supabase Auth with secure token storage.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Generated content and drafts are retained until you delete them. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is securely stored and used solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may share your information with:

• Third-Party AI Services: Content data shared with OpenAI for content generation, as detailed in Section 3.
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), database services (MongoDB), authentication (Supabase), and payment processing (Stripe) subject to confidentiality obligations.
